Private Functions/VENUE HIRE

        Rampfest provides the ultimate setting for your next function, party or group gathering. 

        We cater for 30 - 200 people, including schools, clubs, youth groups and associations.

        We offer an exclusive Hire Out of the whole venue.

        Doors will be closed to the public giving you free range of the fully plyed ramps, foam pit and “resi”.

        You have the availability of the canteen and indoor and outdoor seating area.

        So gather your mates together for a crazy and memorable session at Australia's best Indoor Skate Park.

 

        Private functions/venue hire includes

        Doors closed to the public

        Weekend and School/Public Holidays minimum 30 participants, Weekdays, no minimum attendance.

            Any 4 hour session:

       Mon – Sun  -      9am – 1pm

                                                                          1pm – 5pm

                                                                          5pm – 9pm

        Discounted Helmet Hire                -              $3

        Dedicated service of a staff member.

        You are welcome to bring your own music/dvds to watch and listen to over our broadcast system.

        Booking is not confirmed until a 50% (non-refundable) deposit has been received.

        Canteen is available for hot/cold food/beverages.

        Exclusive bookings require 21 days notice.

        Guest list must be provided prior to the event.

 

        Venue Hire Prices*

        Weekdays, Monday - Friday

        1 x 4hr session       $750

        2 x 4hr session     $1750

        All Day hire out     $3500

 

        Weekends, Saturday & Sunday

 

        1 x 4hr session    $1000

        2 x 4hr session    $3000

        All day hire out    $5000

 

       *School and Public Holidays are at weekend prices

 

        Entry Prices*

        All riders, discounted rate of $8pp

           *Groups must be booked 3 weeks prior to receive discounted entry

        Cancellation

        In the event of the booking being cancelled the following is payable

        a) The venue hire deposit is not refundable.

        b) If catering was booked the food deposit will be refundable if the cancellation is received 72hrs prior to the event, otherwise no refunds will be

            available.
